Exterior

We have several different exterior options for your home. All homes are built with treated 2x6 floor joists, four 4x6 beams, 2x4 walls, and 2x6 ceiling rafters. All roofs are 26 gauge metal.

Painted Smart Siding, with a groove every 8 inches vertically (the color of your choice from Lowes)

Painted Board & Batten Smart Siding, which is more of a cottage look.

Coated Sheet Metal is a maintenance-free option with 50-year metal. Click here for our metal color chart.

Log siding is made from 2x8 pine and makes your house look like a log home.
